Clarissa

Director

Founder of CCSS, established in 2019. Clarissa has delivered events management to national government departments and a wide range of public and private organisations - from economic-development summits in Dakar, Kenya, Senegal and Cape Town to her time as co-owner of the Kimberley International Convention Centre (Mittah Seperepere Convention Centre). Described by Dr Ivy Matsepe-Casaburri as "The Woman with the Golden Hands," Clarissa leads strategy, partnerships and the long-term direction of the business.

Nolan

Head Events Manager

Heads up event delivery across the CCSS portfolio - conferences, presidential visits, exhibitions, awards ceremonies, weddings and high-profile occasions. Nolan owns the run-of-show, vendor coordination and on-the-day choreography that turn a complicated brief into a calm, well-paced event for every guest in the room.

Megan

Head Chef

Leads the CCSS catering kitchen at Springbok Guest Farm and Platfontein Lodge. Megan designs seasonal, locally inspired menus that hold up at scale - from corporate breakfasts and working lunches to wedding feasts, gala dinners and bespoke catering for private functions across the Northern Cape.

Bennie

Audio Visual Production Manager

Runs the audio, lighting and visual production behind every CCSS event - from intimate ceremonies to large-scale conferences and presidential visits. Bennie makes sure the technical side simply works, so the moment on stage lands exactly as planned and the venue itself feels considered from the first cue to the last.
